You must report the issue within 24-48 hours of receiving the package; you must provide clear photo and video evidence of the damage or incorrect information.

4. Return Eligibility

Returns will only be accepted if the following conditions are met: The item is unopened and unused.
Return requests must be made within 7 business days of receipt.

5. Refund Method

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed in cryptocurrency.

6. Refund Processing Time: After receiving and inspecting your return:

We will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

7. Non-Refundable Circumstances: We will not refund or accept returns in the following circumstances:
